Juice and iced tea

Still juices, nectars and iced tea in 0.5-1.5 litre bottles. Our preforms are designed for cold filling.

What matters when choosing a preform

Cold or hot fill

A standard PET bottle deforms when filled hot. Hot fill needs heat-set preforms and heat-set blowing, so tell us in advance if you fill hot.

Oxygen and light

Juice and tea are sensitive to oxygen and light. Shelf life depends on the recipe, preservatives and storage, not only on the bottle.

Weight

With no gas the wall carries less load, so mid-range weights work. For ribbed or handled bottles go slightly heavier.

Colour

A clear bottle shows the product, a tinted one protects it better from light. The choice depends on the drink and the label.

Recommended preforms
